WHAT WE COLLECT

When you purchase Atlas we collect:

• Your email address (for licence delivery)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your card details)

That is all we collect. Ever.

WHAT ATLAS DOES NOT COLLECT

• Your conversations with Atlas
• Your documents or files
• Your job or client data
• Your usage patterns
• Your location
• Any analytics or telemetry

HOW ATLAS WORKS

Atlas runs entirely on your hardware. The AI models run locally on your machine. Your data never leaves your device. Atlas connects to the internet only to:

• Verify your licence key once per day — only the key is sent, never your data
• Check for software updates — version numbers only

If you disable internet access entirely, Atlas continues to work. Licence verification simply falls back to the last known valid state for a grace period.

DATA STORAGE

All Atlas data — your jobs, documents, contacts, chat history, settings — is stored locally on the machine running Atlas, in the C:\Atlas\data\ folder. You control it completely. Back it up, move it, delete it — it is yours.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Atlas uses the following third-party services:

• Stripe — payment processing. Your card details go directly to Stripe. We receive only a payment confirmation token.
• Google Fonts — typefaces loaded from Google's CDN when the Atlas website is viewed. This is standard web behaviour and can be self-hosted on request.

No other third-party services are used. There is no analytics, no tracking pixels, no session recording.

YOUR RIGHTS

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete any personal data we hold. The only personal data we hold is your email address and purchase record. To delete your account, email privacy@atlas-ai.com.
